Dear colleague,

I got your contact information from the participant list of the symposium
64 of the Evolution meeting in Montpellier. Thank you, Gloria, for creating
such a list.



I am currently hiring a PhD student, a postdoc, and two technicians to join
me at the University of Innsbruck, Research Department for Limnology,
Mondsee, Austria. I start there as a University Professor of Aquatic
Evolutionary Ecology in the summer. In case you or anyone in your groups
are looking for such positions please apply or spread the word.



The PhD position (4 years) is about the evolutionary potential of
freshwater snails to adapt to climate change. That is the general theme,
and the candidate will plan her/his project together with me.



Postdoc candidates (3-year position) are asked to come up with their own
suggestions for a project that combines important ecological and
evolutionary processes in aquatic systems. In the best case, her/his
project stimulates collaboration among research groups in Mondsee/Innsbruck.



If you or your group members have any questions I am happy to provide more
information. I do not add any links here to reduce the risk that this ends
