Dear Miriam and Suzanne,

Last year we recruited four Merced students as Mic runners for our JGI
annual user meeting. We need their help again this year,  the meeting will
be April 2-5, 2019 in San Francisco (https://usermeeting.jgi.doe.gov/).

The student volunteers will present at each session and help pass around
microphones during the Q&A portion of each speaker's presentation. In
exchange for their effort, we can offer their free registration ($350
value).

Could you please pass this info to graduate students in the QSB program?
Please ask the students who are interested to contact me directly. The
meeting is only two weeks away we would appreciate their prompt response.
