Dear Dr. Barlo,
The Susquehanna University Biology Department has created a postdoctoral
teaching fellowship in cell and molecular biology beginning on January 15,
2019 and extending through the 2019-2020 academic year. The Department
seeks to support candidates from historically U.S. underrepresented groups
with this opportunity. The successful candidate will be able to teach
introductory cell biology and genetics, as well as upper level classes in
their area of expertise. A commitment to pedagogies known to foster the
success of underrepresented groups in STEM careers is essential.
Applicants should send their cv, along with a statement of their teaching
interests to:
Dr. Tammy Tobin
Chair, Biology Department
Susquehanna University
514 University Ave.
Selinsgrove, PA 17870
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help us identify a
qualified individual for this position.
Sincerely,
Tammy Tobin
