[QSB-grads] New course this Fall - Ecological Dynamics

Hi all,

A brief advertisement for a new course,* "Ecological Dynamics"* this fall
(QSB/ES 256). If you are interested in signing up but have questions,
please don't hesitate to contact me.

*What?* In brief, we will be covering dynamic models of population growth,
foraging, and interaction networks. We will explore how to analyze complex
ecological systems and integrate behavior into models of population and
community dynamics. The course is aimed to integrate these types of
approaches with your personal research interests, and will introduce both
analytical as well as programmatic techniques. The course will rely heavily
on peer-review, and will culminate with a (potentially publishable) project
that will be presented to the group.

*When?* MW 3-4:15
There is currently a discussion section listed as well, but depending on
interest, the time/place is subject to change.

*Where?* COB2 170
