[QSB-grads] Please return chairs to room 277.

Dear QSB,

A lot of the chairs from room 277 at the shared QSB desks have gone
missing.  At the same time, I am noticing desks and even entire labs
outfitted with chairs that are an identical match to those in 277.

Please put the chairs back immediately so that we can avoid any
unpleasantness over them. These desks have important purposes in the
immediate and long term future.
