[QSB-grads] QSB Seminar Podcast

Hey QSB and ES Grads,

There is some faculty/grad student interest in starting a podcast related to the QSB seminar series. The idea is that it would be a mostly student-run project where we would record interviews with SNS seminar speakers (mostly QSB, but there is substantial overlap in research interests with ES and MCB speakers). This would be a great service opportunity to get involved in bringing science to a wider audience. If you are interested and/or have experience in sound recording, graphic design, website building, interviewing, podcast engineering, etc. and want to get involved, please e-mail Kinsey Brock (kbrock [@] ucmerced.edu) to get on the list. We’d like to draft a project proposal to the QSB faculty committee by the end of the month.
