[Ored-listserv] Introducing the ORED Research Lunch Series

Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce a new initiative this year: the ORED Research Lunch Series. Each session will be short and focused, featuring guest speakers who share new funding opportunities and ideas for collaboration. The goal is simple: to feed your curiosity (and you) and have you leave with a new idea, a new connection, and a path to a new outcome.
Upcoming Sessions
Monday, November 17 – Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute<https://www.pcori.org>
Tuesday, November 18 – All of Us<https://allofus.nih.gov> and N3C<https://ncats.nih.gov/research/research-activities/n3c/overview> as Tools for UC Merced Researchers
Both sessions will be presented by Dario Kuzmanovic, Special Advisor to the Vice Chancellor for Research in the Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED). Dario brings extensive experience in biomedical research operations, program management, compliance, and research ethics. His background includes work in clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and business development across both the public and private sectors in the United States and Canada. He has been serving part time at UC Merced since April 2024.

Lunch will be provided.
A $200 All of Us credit, funded by ORED, will be available to interested attendees.
Space is limited to 10 participants per session to encourage interactive discussion.
