[Nsac] NSAC Meeting Times

Hello all,

I hope you are well. The semester has official begun, and we are slated for
some exciting developments this semester.

After looking at the meeting doodle poll, it appears that Thursdays at 9:30
to 11 are the best for mostly everyone except for Helen. Helen is this a
bad time for you? Please let me know. Also, we could work out a call-in
option as well if needed.

I will look for meeting space and get back to you. We do have a budget for
food, so are there any dietary restrictions?

I'll be setting up four meetings, and request that you all confirm whether
or not these meetings will work for you.

At our last meeting we discussed planning a reception for the awards, so
I'll take a look at the progress with that portion, and we can begin
planning the roll out at our next meeting.
