[Nsac] Professional Development Grants

Hello all:

I am getting ready to send out the call for teaching awards, and I realized
that the pair that was designated to put together the description and call
for the professional development grands has not yet done so, and we have
6,000.00 sitting in our budget for this.

What do you all suggest we do to move this part of our charge forward?
