[Nsac] Awards and Grants Decisions Processes

Hello NSAC EC:

I hope this message finds you all well and safe. I'd like to extend my thanks to you for being resilient during these trying times and my gratitude for being so supportive in your innovative efforts during this current crisis.

I'm so happy that we will still be able to award grants and award recognitions to those who have applied for our first round of NSA accolades. We are set to create a community of scholars not necessarily well attended to in past years at our growing but still fairly new institution, which is a pioneer in so many ways.

So, now that we have entries for awards and grants, we will need to meet to discuss the best way to move forward with nominations and decisions. We have slotted Thursday mornings at 9:30 am for our meetings, so I hope that next Thursday (4/9) morning we can meet to discuss the process going forward and then proceed with the process with a due date of (4/16).

Please let me know if these dates do not work for you.
