[LDES-technology] Final Report - one more version

Dear LDES partners,

I promised Jeff Sunquist to make all of his changes including the updates to the graphs by Jan. 18. I also am planning to add a couple more appendices by Jan. 31. At that time, he will be submitting this into the publication process.
So, this is getting close to the final version.
It is always helpful to have your careful review.
You may especially check:
• I’ve added your name (with correct spelling) in an appropriate place
• There is a reference somewhere to each of your papers in an appropriate place
• Anything related to your personal inputs.
Please send any changes by Jan. 28.
