[LDES-technology] Update on CEC project plans

Please find the April monthly report attached.

Also, Jeff decided that deliverable 5.2 – the Final Scenario Analysis – could be done as a presentation instead of as a report.  So, we are planning:
• During June, we will talk with Jeff and share a draft presentation
• On July 20 or sometime around then, we will present the final scenario analysis to a group of CEC people and get their feedback on it in preparation for the public workshop
• The final public workshop will be Aug. 24 or around then.
• There’s still confusion about when the final report is due – maybe in August? (panic!)
Earlier today I sent you the link to E3’s workshop. It will be useful if we can review that carefully together in preparation for planning the messages we want to convey to the community?

I have a meeting scheduled with Paty next week to discuss where we are headed and I’ve made a list to work from in the April monthly report (attached – see section 6)

Thanks for your support!  Please let me know if you have questions or would like to schedule a broader meeting to discuss. I will discuss this with UC Merced students as we meet internally…
