[LDES-technology] A couple of announcements and Moving back to Friday 9 am - is it ok?

Dear LDES team members,

I have done very poorly with scheduling meetings for us to meet together.  We are also now broken into subgroups working on individual projects. 
I’d like to move back to the Friday time at 9 am, and, recognizing that we don’t need to be meeting on a weekly basis, I’ll send an invitation that will only be for every other week.

How many conflicts will there be for this time? I’m hopeful I can avoid them by downsizing the # of weeks.

More general announcements: 
• The No cost extension has gone through, so we will be modifying contracts with UCB and UCSD. Nevertheless, we should be planning to finish the bulk of the work during the spring and summer.  This is coming up very fast!
• I have a deliverable due pretty much every month. It’s a challenge for me to keep up - if you are interested in being involved, please let me know. Being focused on getting papers out the door is the priority at the moment.
• I’ll send an announcement for the first seminar in January later today - I think we are in for a treat. If you have suggestions of someone to give a presentation, please let me know. I’m hopeful that we may start doing more presentations of our final results this spring/summer.

I think I remember that your faculty meeting is the second Friday of the month - or maybe I’m hallucinating - could you confirm which week and I’ll send an invite that will avoid those weeks.
