For those who are interested, here are the slides we presented today.  We are working on writing up this work and will be pleased to share the papers with you. In the meantime, I’d prefer that you not use these slides as not all of the scenarios we modeled here are plausible – they were designed to show the effects rather than to give plausible outcomes.
