As you may recall, with good help from many of you, we completed two drafts for the baseline description for CEC on Feb. 4. I received the feedback from Jeff today and have implemented the changes he requested. I had already updated the numbers for the solar build limits in SWITCH and a few other things. Today, Pedro suggested that we may want to increase the planning reserve margin in response to the suggestion in the iRP process.

The final versions of these are due to CEC tomorrow. If any of you has thought of something else I should change, please let me know. Otherwise, I’ll give these better names and will submit tomorrow.

These are on the OneDrive (if you want me to share them with you, let me know, but they are attached here).
Please note that these should be treated as confidential - I expect that we will continue to change our plan for the baseline and these were not written with the idea of sharing the entire document with the public. If there is material that any of you might want to use in a submitted publication, it is better if this stays private until that time. But, I thought that all of you might find these to be a useful reference.

Thanks for your help!

Sarah

PS The next deliverable is due March 23 - the documentation of the implementation of the baseline…
