[LDES-technology] CEC LDES project - March 12

[Sarah Kurtz]

Jennifer Dowdell (one of our Advisory Board members) has graciously agreed to provide a presentation and lead a discussion on March 12.
She was not able to join our first TAC meeting, so this will be our opportunity to hear from her.
She works with TURN “The Utility Reform Network” and she will put the LD Storage investment needs in the context of rate pressures and environmental justice actions.
