[LDES-technology] CEC project Friday meetings

First, thank you, all, for your help with the two deliverables due tomorrow.
We still have a few things to discuss, but we are on track to submit these tomorrow, (I hope).

For this week’s Friday meeting, I’m requesting a meeting focused only on the modeling work - if you are just on the Technology Evaluation team, I expect you will get a cancellation.
After we turn in the deliverables defining the baseline input parameters, we will need to run the baselines that we have defined. At this Friday (Feb. 5) meeting, I’d like to develop a strategy for how we will compare the baseline results for RESOLVE and SWITCH.

Then, next week on Friday Feb. 12, I’d like to meet just with the Technology Evaluation team to take stock of where we are with that part of the project.

I hope that works for everyone – please let me know if there are conflicts that would suggest a different plan.
