[LDES-technology] Friday meeting for CEC project Dec. 17

Let’s use this last meeting of the year to discuss the public comments that were posted I hope that by waiting until Dec. 17, we can also discuss CESA’s comments:
Two e-comments were posted today at https://efiling.energy.ca.gov/Lists/DocketLog.aspx?docketnumber=20-MISC-01
CESA will post an e-comment on Friday 12/10, they let me know they are running behind.
At this meeting we should also discuss meeting times for the spring semester.
