[LDES-technology] Monthly report for November and public input from workshop

Special thanks to Rui for sharing his presentation to be included in this month’s report.
If any of the rest of you have presentations or publications that I’m forgetting to attach, please let me know - I think we can attach a couple of the published papers next month - maybe we will have 3 of them completed!

CESA will post an e-comment on Friday 12/10, they let me know they are running behind.

Thank you, all, for your great teamwork!  It’s quite impressive that we should have 10 publications (not all peer-reviewed, but the majority should be peer reviewed) from the first phase of our work - can we do another 10 next year!?
