[LDES-technology] ARES - advanced rail energy storage

This is another gravity storage technology using railway motor generators and weights stored in a lower or upper storage yard. I like this idea because it has almost unlimited capacity, no self-discharge loss, and is basically 1830s technology (trains) or 1930s (motor generator).
