[LDES-technology] Discussion with E3 about Long-duration storage modeling

Here is the guidance we have from Jeff:
You can initiate the conversation with E3 about coordinating the code changes to RESOLVE. Start with laying out the options (making a fork, making a branch, contributing to the main, etc.) and to discussing how each would work in practice. Lets get the minutiae figured out before involving more voices.

I suggest we start with introductions and then move on to Jeff’s guidance.
