[LDES-technology] Data collection form looking forward to your feedback

Dear all,

Hope you have enjoyed a great Thanksgiving.

As we discussed in the last meeting, I attach the data collection list here for your review. Your feedback would be highly appreciated.

In the Excel sheet, there are three visible tabs: Read Me; Technical info; and Economic info. The Read Me tab provides a brief introduction of the project. The Technical info is designed for the engineer, and the Economic info is designed for budgeting staff and accountant. Due to the complexity of the data we want to collect, we may need to schedule meetings/interviews with companies to guide them complete the form, in addition to sending them the form.
