[LDES-technology] Hold for Public workshop #2 for Long-duration storage CEC project

I expect that we will confirm the date of the two Public Workshops during our Kick-off meeting.

Note that I plan to downsize the time block for this, but am reserving the longer block until we find out what other conflicts there may be on that day.
