It appears that the best dates for the for the Public Workshops may be:

Friday, Oct. 2 from 10-noon
Thursday Oct. 8 in the window of 1-4

The following are Tentative dates for meeting with our Technical Advisory Committee.

Does anyone see any significant problems with any of these dates?

Nov. 4, 2020. We will have completed our Baseline definition and be discussing the Scenario Development - it will be an excellent time to get their input on the project. We could go for October, but we will be doing the public workshops then.  We can invite them to join the Public workshops if they choose.

Aug. 5, 2021. It will be about 9 months later; we will have completed the scenario selection and will be working on the analysis

Feb. 3, 2022, We will have finished presenting our preliminary summary analysis in a public meeting and have gotten input from the public.   This will be in preparation for our final analysis

Nov. 2, 2022, We should have the final results mostly done as a final review.
