[LDES-coremodel] prices of solar

Solar module prices had increased – largely because of a supply chain issue with polysilicon (there was a fire at a factory and a few others things). It appears that the poly silicon problem is now resolved and solar module prices are now continuing their drop in prices. These will be very difficult for US manufacturers to compete with, even with the US incentives.
