Hi team,
These were the two websites I mentioned that list the RPS and/or
Zero-emissions policies by state:

Pedro,
I can work on updating the RPS percentages in the SWITCH database based on
these sites while you are updating the RPS module that excludes large (>30
MW) hydro.
