[LDES-coremodel] Discussion of Kenji's nice summary and the data that Sergio sent

Dear Sarah,
It works for me.
Kenji, Julia, Sergio and I are working together to have a concrete proposal
on how to update the costs (which sources and which projections from them).
We wanted to have this ready before we would meet with the wider modeling
group so we could discuss our proposed approach, and determine next action
items.
