[LDES-coremodel] Recurring meeting tomorrow

Thank you for the email. Which column represents the Capex?
Is annual_fixed_cost_by_vintage annualized capex?
If so, to compare it with overnight cost data in SWITCH, what are discount
rate and lifetime of each technology?
