Thanks so much for your great summary.

Excuse me, I have a question about your document.

I tried to get the same numbers in Table 2. I used ATB 2020 but I got different values. Also the costs in ATB 2020 are calculated based on 2017 USD not 2018, Did you change all the values to be in 2018 USD instead of 2017 USD?

Kindly, check the attached screen shots.

Please, let me know if you are using different files?
