GUARANTEED INTERVIEW

Formal Linkage with Georgetown University School of Medicine (read announcement here<https://biomedicalprograms.georgetown.edu/announcements/georgetown-university-special-masters-program-and-school-of-medicine-announce-formal-linkage-for-admissions-interviews/>)

Students currently enrolled in the SMP<https://smp.georgetown.edu/> who apply to Georgetown University School of Medicine<https://meded.georgetown.edu/> for their M.D. will be guaranteed an interview if they meet specific academic benchmarks including a 3.5 GPA in the Georgetown SMP<https://smp.georgetown.edu/> and a minimum MCAT score of 510. Meeting the above criteria guarantees an admissions interview for the applicant; however, applicants who do not meet the above criteria but have an otherwise sufficiently competitive application may receive an invitation for an admissions interview in accordance with the School of Medicine’s<https://meded.georgetown.edu/> ordinary process.
