Neblett-Adams (BSN, RN), a first-generation college graduate who earned her nursing degree from the prestigious Medical College of Virginia (MCV), now part of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). With 41 years of nursing service, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate care and excellence in the medical field. This scholarship supports women working in or pursuing careers across the medical and healthcare professions.
