The UCI School of Medicine is proud to present the 2026 World of Medicine Conference, taking place on Saturday, April 25th, from 8:30 AM–4:00 PM. The World of Medicine Conference is designed for undergraduate students interested in exploring careers in medicine, learning about the medical school admissions process, and participating in hands-on workshops.



  *   Location: UCI Medical Education Building<https://medschool.uci.edu/news/uci-school-medicine-opens-newly-renovated-medical-education-building> (1001 Health Sciences Rd, Irvine, CA 92697).
  *   Format: In-person event featuring workshops, medical student panels, and networking.
  *   Cost & Catering: The event is free of charge, with breakfast and lunch provided to attendees.
  *   Registration: Attendance is capped and determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can register through the official tinyurl.com/UCIWOM<http://tinyurl.com/UCIWOM>

Those selected to attend will be notified via email as the event approaches.

The conference will be held at the UCI Medical Education Building<https://medschool.uci.edu/news/uci-school-medicine-opens-newly-renovated-medical-education-building> (1001 Health Sciences Rd, Irvine, CA 92697). Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Attendance will be capped, and spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.



The event aims to provide practical experience and guidance for future medical professionals through several key components:
