Davis, JD, and the Leonard and Sophie Davis Fund to expand the program and also support Penn LDI initiatives aimed at increasing population access to health insurance and health care. The gift establishes a Davis Family SUMR Program Endowment Fund that allows Penn LDI to increase the stipends of all SUMR scholars and fund five SUMR scholars who will focus on expanding health care access. Two of these select students will have the opportunity to expand the 12-week SUMR Program to 15 months, extending mentorship and training opportunities.
