The 2026 Eastern-Atlantic Student Research Forum (ESRF)<https://med.miami.edu/research/esrf> / National APSA South Regional Meeting dual conference will be hosted at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine<https://med.miami.edu/> in Miami, FL, from February 27-28, 2026! We are excited to offer a weekend full of science and medicine, allowing trainees to exchange scientific ideas, form connections with likeminded researchers from across the country, participate in a wide range of workshops, learn from and collaborate with world-renowned biomedical researchers, and to present your own research.



Abstract submissions for both oral and poster presentations are now open! All trainees (undergraduate, graduate, medical, post-graduate, etc.) are encouraged to submit their research for consideration! Students may also submit for a travel award, which is designed to assist in covering conference registration fees, transportation, and hotel accommodations.



The deadline for abstract submission and travel award applications is Monday, December 1, 2025.
