PRIM&R's New Student Poster Presentation Program Is Now Open!


  *   Review the appropriate webpage in full before submitting an abstract. Each page includes information on submission categories, abstract formats, and poster logistics. Be sure to view the page that corresponds to the type of abstract you intend to submit.

  *   Draft your abstract according to the specifics below.
  *   Complete the online submission form by August 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
  *   Decisions will be sent via email no later than September 5, 2025.

Posters accepted into the program receive:

  *   In-person display of posters in the Exhibit Hall starting on November 6 at 4:30PM ET through November 8 at 5:00 PM ET (times are subject to change). Time will be dedicated on the agenda for authors to answer questions from in-person attendees. Authors must be present for at least one of the timeslots and posters must be on display the entire time.

Event Overview
The 2025 PRIM&R Annual Conference (PRIMR25)<https://primr25-sber25.eventscribe.net/aaStatic.asp?SFP=TlVLSEdOVERAMjA4NDQ> will take place on November 7 and 8, 2025 at the Baltimore Convention Center, One West Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The PRIM&R Social Behavioral Educational Research Conference (SBER25) will take place in the same location on November 6.

PRIMR25/SBER25 is designed to educate and connect all those involved in research and research oversight, and to support the field in thinking holistically about the research enterprise and achieving our shared goal of advancing ethical, responsible, and high-quality research. As research evolves and modernizes, we aim to do the same.
