Two-Day Summer Simulation Course

The UNLV ADEA Simulation Course is taking place on Friday July 18 and Saturday July 19, 2025 . This is an incredible opportunity to practice your manual dexterity, network with dental students and professors, hear from the admissions committee, and so much more! Early bird pricing ends June 9th! Registration open until June 30th.

The UNLV ADEA (American Dental Education Association<https://www.adea.org/>) Simulation Course is a two-day, hands-on course designed for pre-dental students to get a feel for dental school at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine<https://www.unlv.edu/dental>. It allows participants to practice their manual dexterity, network with current students and faculty, and learn about the admissions process.


  *   Hands-on Practice: The course includes simulation practice in the UNLV Simulation Clinic, where candidates can familiarize themselves with equipment and instruments before a dental dexterity test.
  *   Networking: Participants have the opportunity to connect with dental students and faculty.
  *   Interviews and Exams: The course may include interviews with faculty and case-based written exams.
  *   Dental Dexterity Test: A dental dexterity test is part of the course, and participants may be able to use loops.
  *   Learning about the Admissions Process: The course may also provide information about the UNLV School of Dental Medicine's admissions process.
