Thank you very much for your flexible with the timing and for considering others' schedule. I really appreciate.
Let's plan to meet on May 9th (Saturday) from 1 pm to 5 pm. You are welcome to bring something to share if you'd like, but please don't feel any obligation - we will have plenty of food and drinks.

Also, if you already have plans that day, please feel free to do your own thing - no pressure at all 🙂

Subject: Invitation: Anna's 100-Day Celebration at Our Home!

Dear Team,

I hope you are all doing well.
We are excited to share that our daughter, Anna, is growing fast and well. To celebrate her "100-Day" milestone (a special tradition in our culture), we would love to invite you and your families to our place for a small gathering.
We are looking at two possible dates: Saturday, May 2nd, or Saturday, May 9th, from 1 pm to 5 pm.

@Safeeq Khan<mailto:msafeeq at ucmerced.edu> Dr. Khan, could you please let us know your availability for these two dates so we can finalize the plan? We want to make sure the timing works for as many people as possible. So far, these two dates work for most (all) of us.

Food & Drinks:
We are planning to prepare some homemade Tiramisu and an authentic Xinjiang street food dish. We will also have Pizza for everyone.
To ensure everyone can enjoy the meal, all food provided will be Halal. We kindly ask that any food you might choose to bring for sharing also be Halal. Thank you so much for your understanding.

We would be delighted to have you and your families join us for this joyful occasion. Please let us know if you can make it and which date you prefer.
