Dear Safeeq Khan,

    The Environmental Health and Safety Department is currently conducting a review of laboratory personnel training records to ensure compliance with University safety standards and regulatory requirements. During this review, we identified one or more individuals listed under your name as part of a laboratory training roster in the Risk and Safety Solutions (RSS) platform. We kindly request that you:

      1. Verify the accuracy of the roster associated with your laboratory.
      2. Update training records for current personnel to ensure all required courses are completed and current.
      3. Remove the names of any individuals who are no longer active members of your laboratory or are falsely considered as a Principal Investigator.
