Good afternoon All,
We just finished a lively working group discussion. For* full notes*, you
can see the group's Google Doc
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iyARNNF9GV6vRiR61IuMUBdZGPw1_xKI7nV3YanXTU0/edit?usp=sharing>
.
The *short *version of the *notes (Summer Q) *and a couple take aways:
- Several of the campuses have been experiencing significant physical
space and re-organizational shifts that have been changing
collaborations and workflows.
- There is some space for potential collaborations in both digital
library projects coming about of UCLA and with the Spring UC Love Data
week.
- There is interest in sharing things like code, etc., through Github,
with questions of potential processes and involvement
*NEXT MEETING: *
Our Fall Quarter meeting will be* November 18 at 1500 (3pm*). Please block
your calendar!
For the Winter Quarter, we're going to try out :
- a *written *round robin with notes about what we've been up to over
the fall or looking forward toward the winter
- a discussion of how we're dealing with *sound *(e.g., podcasts,
soundscapes, preservation, or any relevant component!)
Let me know if there is anything you want to add or if you have questions.
As always, please feel free to share event announcements and more.
Cheers,
Bee
