can start. It’s a little too late for Davis but I suggest the next hosting school creates their own meeting series to avoid what happened yesterday.

<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">A few highlights of the change: 1) we will only allow balance go negative as a result of I159 submission; 2) when new award becomes $0, only “Remove WS” will be allowed in SCT.
Otherwise, “Reapply WS” is also allowed. <o:p></o:p></li></ol>
