<p class="paragraph" style="vertical-align:baseline"><span class="eop"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) sponsors periodic national surveys of employers about key college
outcomes, preparation of students for work, etc. The most recent survey was conducted in 2018. I think these surveys provide interesting perspectives on the experiences and outcomes of undergraduate education, perspectives that can have implications for programs,
policies, and practices for student success. As background, AAC&U describes itself as “A Voice and a Force for Liberal Education in the 21<sup>st</sup> Century.”
