<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Transactions such as extend appointment, update pay, reclassification, FTE adjustment and Short Work Break cannot be processed during the “UCPath Freeze” dates for employees whose primary pay schedule falls during
 that cycle (monthly vs bi-weekly).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

UCM Transactional and Time & Attendance Deadlines</a> calendar reflecting these freeze periods has been updated on our
<a href="https://bfs.ucmerced.edu/payroll-services">website</a>.  Please be mindful of these freeze dates when considering transactions that have significant employment or pay impacts (appointment extension, short work break).

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Department representatives are reminded that the UCPath Cognos report R-103 contains upcoming appointment end dates and should be referenced regularly to ensure action requests are submitted timely to UCM Payroll
