The <span style="color:#eb7924"><strong>OWSD Early Career Fellowship</strong></span> offers up to USD 50,000 to women with STEM PhDs from designated countries. Fellows must work in academia or research institutes in these countries. The fellowship supports
research projects, international collaboration, and skill development. </p>
