Hi Cytometry Users,

Want to perform high-dimensional flow data analysis, but not sure where to start? Or want to get more proficient?

If so, please fill out the Doodle poll by Saturday, March 28th to figure out the best time for a Zoom workshop next week or the following:
https://doodle.com/poll/g648wu9dwssnxei3

The Bio-Rad ZE5 27-color flow cytometer will be arriving to the SCIF in a few short weeks, so now's the time. In the 2-hour meeting I'll present FlowJo tools including tSNE and FlowSOM. I will demonstrate how to use these tools to generate tSNE plots, automatically cluster data, and present a workflow to compare clusters across samples. These are great tools to pull out results that you may have missed buried in your flow data.

Best,
David
