<p>The Moran lab is pleased to host <b>Dr. Johanna (Annie) Schmitt</b> of UC Davis for the QSB Seminar Series on

<b>Friday, February 10th</b>. </p>

<p>Dr. Schmitt is an expert in the molecular ecology of plant adaptation and general plant evolution, with a primary focus on climate change response in

<i>Arabadopsis thaliana</i>. She's doing super interesting work looking at genetic controls on plant stress response, and we are excited for her visit.</p>

<p>We will be having a grad student l<b>unch with Dr. Schmitt from 10-11:30am</b> (second breakfast?!) in

<b>COB 2 290. </b></p>
