or business officer. I also think we should request to meet with them, even if they fill out the sheet in advance and give them the option of multiple 30-minute timeslots. If we are prepared to make a schedule in advance, then that also reduces email traffic
for the respondents because they could select a time slot in one response rather than following-up multiple times. I attached some sample times that could work next week.<o:p></o:p></p>
