One of the queries is about what metrics should be used for storage - how to refine levelized cost of storage, or how to define a different metric.<br>
I wrote a draft response. Because this is potentially directly related to our project, I thought I’d share it with you. I haven’t sent it in yet and will probably edit it once more before I do - let me know if you have comments...<br>
