called the D.R.E.A.M. Program to encourage underrepresented pre-med students to pursue a rewarding career in medicine, specifically as an osteopathic physician, to bridge the diversity gap, and to strengthen the patient-physician relationship in healthcare.
D.R.E.A.M. stands for Diversity Recognized Emphasized & Assimilated into Medicine. This program is four-day experience that provides participants a sneak peek of what it’s like to be in medical school through informative workshops (application process, finance,
residency etc) and hands-on activities (suturing, clinical procedures, ultrasound, and osteopathic manipulative techniques).</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

of becoming a physician into a closer reality! We don't charge our attendees, however they are responsible for their transportation and lodging if we are able to host it in-person. If we are unable to host in person, we will inform attendees at least a month
before the start of the workshop and move all items to a virtual experience.
