Leading the Advancement for Undergraduate Engagement for Careers in Health<https://cusm.edu/about/eidp/cusm-launch.php>. With the Mentor Collaborative<https://www.mentorcollective.org/>, LAUNCH is a FREE mentorship program that links pre-medical students with a CUSM medical student mentor. Students learn what to expect in school, how to approach challenges and gain career advice. In addition to mentoring, the program offers monthly workshops and trainings held virtually and in-person.

Students are paired with someone invested in their success - a person ready to listen, inspire, help navigate challenges, and recognize opportunities. Students will learn what to expect in school, how to approach challenges, and gain career advice. At the same time, mentors will build their networks and develop skills to become better professionals and leaders.

Mentors and mentees are encouraged to communicate at least 2-4 times monthly, although pairs can connect more or less frequently. Pairs can communicate in person, via text, Zoom, or phone. Please note that all participants are given anonymous phone numbers for communication.
