UCSF Fresno, Loren Alving, MD will host a presentation on Wednesday, Jan. 31st from 6-7/7:30pm in the California Room. Dr. Alving is a Professor in the Department of Neurology, Director of the UCSF Fresno Alzheimer & Memory Center and UCSF Fresno Director of Undergraduate Curricular Innovation and Implementation, which includes roles as Fresno Director of the San Joaquin Valley Program in Medical Education (SJV PRIME) and co-director of LIFE, the Longitudinal Integrated Fresno Experience. Since her specialization is in Neurology and Neuroscience, she is interested in meeting and speaking with UCM students who currently share the same interests in medicine with the hopes of starting a student interest group on campus.
